Online Coaching - 1 Month - 20 sessions

Service Description

60 minute Initial Consultation via Zoom, going over the questionnaire you are sent, laying out our plan for the month ahead. Every program is at least 4 sessions per week guaranteed, but can be adjusted depending on the individuals needs, goals, availability, etc. Each week we will do a check in call on zoom, reviewing your sessions from the week, and then making any adjustments that may be necessary.
